1. Orders
All products purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and may not be re-sold. Lavenus may restrict the quantity purchased in one order or during a particular period of time, per person or per address. Lavenus will not be liable for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver products due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order.
Lavenus cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available and reserves the right to reject or cancel your order for any reason at any time. In that case, Lavenus will refund any money paid. You also have the right to cancel the purchase of a product or to return it. If you are in possession of the product you are under duty to retain it and take reasonable care of it. You must send the product back to us following the rules and instructions described in our Delivery and Returns policy on www.lavenus.com. If you place consecutive or separate orders, we cannot consolidate your orders. Shipping costs will apply to each order.
To place an order on www.lavenus.com, you are required to register and provide us your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. In addition, you are required to provide us your payment details, which you warrant are valid and correct. You confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. 2. Price and payment
Prices are quoted in Euros and include 21% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you until both parties have agreed upon the contents of the agreement. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate. Your credit card company may also do security check to confirm it is you making the order. Please note that customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union need to pay import duty or tax costs. Please contact your local customs authority for more information on these costs prior to purchase completion.
We provide several payment methods that ensure an easy and safe transaction. We do not accept payment via bank transfer. The options iDeal, Bancontact and Sofort can only be selected if you use online banking. All payment methods are free of extra charge.
Personal and financial information will not be stored. They are held by third party payment providers. Please also read the Privacy Policy available on www.lavenus.com. All product prices include 21% VAT, but exclude shipping costs (check delivery & returns). If your payment cannot be accepted, your order will be canceled. In that case, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. You will not be charged for any orders that cannot be fulfilled. Lavenus reserves the right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.

Complaints about the performance of the agreement shall be submitted to Lavenus via e-mail. The complaint shall be replied within a period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt.
