How to return your order?

Not quite your cup of tea? No worries, we accept changes and returns. However, please note that, due to hygienic considerations, underwear cannot be returned. In addition, sale items cannot be returned. In all other cases, you can return an item within 7 calendar days following the date of delivery. However, we would appreciate it if you return the item as soon as possible, so we can make someone else happy with it.

You can return your order by completing the following steps:

1. Send an email to info@lavenus.com within 7 calendar days after delivery to request your refund. We will reply with your return form and the return address.

2. Complete the return form and place it inside your parcel.

3. Send the parcel with the local postal service of your choice to the provided address:

Please save the postal service receipt with the track and trace number. When the item has reached us in the same condition as delivered to you (unworn and with tags), you will receive your refund within 7 calendar days. The repayment of the purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded the same way you paid for the item.
